In EFT we focus on relationship dynamics and can conceptualize these patterns in a

pursue/withdraw cycle. It can be overwhelming trying to track the cycle without losing each

partner and missing their experiences. In this 3 hour workshop, we will focus on the experience of

the pursuer and how to better understand their needs and how to help them feel seen and heard in

the sessions.
