Human trafficking and gender-based violence continue to impact citizens worldwide (UNODC, 2022; TIP, 2024). This is particularly true in Uganda and other regions that have infrastructure and resource limitations. This session will explain human trafficking and gender-based violence, in particular as they are manifest in Uganda.
